Customers will automatically be enrolled in the Bass Rewards program when they make their first purchase and provide a valid email address online at There is no membership card. Just sign-in with a valid email with every purchase to earn Rewards. It is that easy.

Members will receive 20% off entire purchase when they join. In addition, members will earn a $10 reward for every $100 spent. As well as additional discounts and promotions throughout the year for being a member.
Earning Rewards
Just sign in and start shopping. Members earn $10 in Rewards for every $100 spent online at when your email address is provided as part of the transaction. Customers can earn up to $100 back in Rewards per month.
If you were shopping without signing into your account, and would like to get credit for your purchase, please send a copy of your receipt to The purchase value will be added to your account. You may only do so within 90 days of the transaction date.
Rewards are issued for merchandise value only. Tax and the purchase of gift cards are excluded from earning Rewards.
If you make a purchase at with a valid email address attached, your purchase value will be added to your account within 48 hours. Make sure the email address used during your purchase matches your enrolled account.

Bass Rewards are issued to a customer’s online account monthly on the 5th of the Month. A customer will be notified via email on the 5th, if they have been issued a reward and the value of their reward. A $10 reward will be issued for every $100 spent. The maximum reward amount that will be awarded in any month is $100.
Bass Rewards are redeemable online at Have a Reward? First sign in to your account, and then you will be able to view your Reward at checkout. Rewards may only be used one-time toward a purchase of greater value. Rewards are like cash. They can be layered on top of other discounts and promotions. A reward may only be applied to a purchase of greater value than the reward itself. Simply select Apply in bag or at checkout to have your reward applied toward your purchase. Once a reward has been used, it is forfeited.
Yes. You must redeem your Bass Rewards prior to the expiration date noted in your email and online at checkout. Bass Rewards are good for 90 days from the date of issuance.
Your Bass Reward is now linked to your online account. Simply log into your account @ to view your available reward at checkout. If the reward has not expired or been redeemed, the reward value will display for your use in your bag. Select Apply to add this reward to your purchase. However, because a Bass Rewards certificate is like cash, we are unable to send out a new certificate once the certificate has been redeemed.

If you do not see the email in your spam/junk email folder it is possible that your email address was mis-keyed when you signed up. Yes, returns will be accepted in the stores for purchases made prior to the announcement. Any purchases made after announcement will be final sale as indicated on the receipt.
You can also use your GH Bass gift card online.
No, our gift cards can only be applied specifically to the brand for which it was purchased.
