About FedEx International Shipping

International shopping for G. H. Bass & Co. products is offered through FedEx, a global e-commerce provider. This service allows us to show all our prices in your local currency and displays your final total during Checkout. FedEx also lets us take advantage of a fast, reliable shipping network. When you place an international order, your transaction will be with FedEx. Should you need assistance with your order, G. H. Bass & Co. will be happy to assist.

How to Order

Confirm or change your country by clicking the country flag at the top of any page. Start shopping! When you place an international order, your transaction will be processed by FedEx. You'll see an order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.

Free shipping promotions do not apply to International orders.

If you don't see your country listed, FedEx doesn't currently ship to that destination.

If you are shipping to the U.S. or an APO/FPO address, simply proceed through the regular checkout process.

Payment methods vary by destination; you'll see all your options during Checkout.

Exchange Rates

Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are determined by FedEx and are based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction. Exchange rates for are updated by FedEx every day.

Duties & Taxes

International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total during Checkout. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries that FedEx supports.

Shipping Options & Costs

International shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed by FedEx based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method and your shipping destination.

We offer Economy and Priority shipping options.

Unfortunately, we don't offer free shipping to international destinations.

International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. FedEx can't ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time.

Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept international returns if your request is within 60 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. G. H. Bass & Co. does not reimburse any duties or local taxes.

We do not accept international exchanges. If you need to exchange an item you will need to request a return, ship the item back at your expense, and purchase the replacement item as a new order on NOTE: Applicable VAT tax or other duties and fees as well as shipping will be charged on the replacement item.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 7-business days of receipt of your order with images of the item. NOTE: A replacement cannot be shipped if we are not contacted within the 7-business day window. G. H. Bass & Co. is not liable for lost returned packages. Please retain a copy of your return tracking numbers to insure receipt of your delivery.

International orders are not eligible for Free Shipping, Free Returns, or the Rewards program.

Merchandise Exceptions

Due to shipping restrictions by country, we are unable to ship all items online to all countries. If you have items in your cart from a previous session, and then change your ship to country, restricted items, if applicable, will be removed from your bag before you can proceed to checkout.
